How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open the subscription page in Inkboo and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Inkboo. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next year.
My child wrote it correctly but Inkboo said it was wrong.
Please email us the character and, if you can, a screenshot. Wrongly marking a correct character is the mistake we care about most.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Dictation, checking and the voice all work without a connection. Only subscribing needs the internet.
换了设备,怎么恢复订阅?
在墨熊的订阅页点「恢复已购买」,用订阅时的同一个 Apple ID 登录即可。
怎么取消订阅?
订阅由 Apple 管理:设置 › 你的名字 › 订阅 › 墨熊。在续订前 24 小时以上取消,就不会扣下一年的费用。
孩子明明写对了,墨熊却说写错了。

没网能用吗?
能。听写、判对错和报读语音都不需要联网,只有订阅时需要。
